It became an exercise in endurance by the end of this book. I didn’t like it, but I couldn’t not finish it. It has not aged well. It was an unsatisfying finish.

I love the Weetzie Bat books! I relate so much to Witch Baby. I re-read this book this year with a friend who also discovered the Weetzie Bat books and Witch Baby and her cowgirl roller skates when she was a teenager too. Francesca Lia Block's books helped me feel less alone when I was a kid, these books will stay with me always.
