Is this an amazing book? No. Was it fun and hot? Yes. Quick erotica read if you’re into kink. The plot was not very good or interesting, but character interactions were good. A note: I switched from the audiobook to the ebook about halfway through in large part because I hate the male narrator’s voice.

It took me a moment to get into it, because the beginning wasn't really for me. Mostly because I didn't realise that it was kind of a "consensual non-consensual sex" kind of situation and not straight-up rape; I was about to throw Jafar in the trash for some of the things he said. I'd definitely recommend going into the book knowing what it entailed. 
It's definitely not my absolute fave, since the whole daddy/baby girl kink really isn't my cup of tea and lowkey gave me secondhand embarrassment at times, and there were some things about the world I would've liked to know more about it. Especially what exactly Jafar's job actually was and what the fuck they were talking about when they were talking about territories. But overall, I still had a surprisingly good time reading this? And I definitely want to read the rest of the series!

OUAT characters came to mind when listening to this. 
Sad whenever she said she needed friends and that she's never had one. 
F*** Hades but also, ok.
They're in a mafia but it's not the main issue. 
It's good, overall.
