This is a fantastic-looking book that I have found I keep going back to. It is not an academic book but one that is fun to read and packed with brilliant illustrations. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy an honest review.

A browsable, meandering look at ghosts, ghostly things, and other spooky bits.

Suffers from packing in too much (all of it cool and interesting), but also not being able to dig in enough to any particular aspect.

Very unique. I borrowed it from the library and would consider adding it to my permanent collection.

I really enjoyed this! Information dense but very readable. I learned a few things that I was expecting and enjoyed the review of a subject I enjoy. The capitalist advertising art is surprisingly whimsical and pleasing to the eye. A fun quick read if you have some time to kill and want to learn some quick digest facts about ghosts.
