Honestly this was an adorable book, just the right amount of spice. I was in a reading funk and reading this book and the first one in the series, got me out of it.
The plot was strong, and had an enemies to lovers, even though they didn’t hate each other long. It was understandable definitely. I think our MC are fun and enjoyable, Jack is Mr. Grumpy and sad, and Margot is a fun spoiled but, not spoiled in a bad way. She’s likable and relatable.
Melanie Harlow is definitely becoming one of my go to Authors for cute, fun and binge worthy romance book and series!!

Oh boy did this one make me cry. I loved Jack and his journey to healing. I get really annoyed at the “I don’t deserve happiness” trope that a lot of authors use, but I did love that Jack took active steps to break out of those thoughts. This series has put emphasis on one or both of the MCs getting the help they need, which I think more books need. Love is wonderful, but it’s not an all-healing bandaid. Real work has to go in, and it’s nice to see the at mentioned, even if there weren’t a lot of details about it.
Margot was adorable. She was a woman that wanted for nothing, except to be loved in return. I liked watching her grow and start to stand up for herself, compared to how she was in book 1 and the beginning of this book.

I read this book start to finish in one day and clearly could not put it down. This book made me feel all the feels. It was honest and thought provoking. Believable and interesting. I really loved both characters and how even though they were so different, they change each other - while not completely - in a way that allows them to meet in the middle. Five stars. Will re-read.

This is a very cheesy and easy read. I really fell for the characters and each of them had great depth and development. I really enjoy them as a couple and their relationship was really sweet. This book has all the feels and I loved it. 4/5.
