My 11th book finished in 2023.
This was interesting, but unlike the others it is not chronological, and jumped around a lot. I understand why it did in the context, but maybe it could have been laid out a bit better. But otherwise, very insightful and interesting.

I'm definitely going to have to read a full biography about Charles II! He was so interesting and I liked the way that Jackson presented him. First, his full life, then more specifics about how he was pictured, wrote, and acted. Sure, I wanted it more specific at times, but it was definitely a great starting point for me.
