None of what happened while they were on the run was believable. The main character does a lot of crying and freaking out, and generally unhealthy behavior which makes it hard to be on her side. The plot idea was great, but the execution of it was a huge let down.

I love the author, and I like the series well enough - I have 3 more to complete .. I think it just wasn't the same as book 1 - though I know it was intended to be different - I also don't know how the series is going to continue it honestly felt wrapped up to me (for the most part) the ending was a bit of a thing, but I'm unsure if was meant to entice if I didn't read the rest i wouldn't be sad about it just because of the way it felt "wrapped up" to me.

The second didn't fail to impress, and it was such a good second book to the Program. It was still a fast-paced book with lots of suspense, romance, and heartbreak throughout. You really never know what will happen next because there's always a twist that jumps out from the book and it keeps you engaged all the way to the end. I usually don't like to read series because they usually end poorly but so far the Program series is so good!

Can't say I loved it as much as The Program, but I read it. For the first chunk of the book, I was in agony. It seemed to just be a review of the events of The Program. I felt like I was rereading it and because of this, it was a slow read. When it got good, I could not put it down. There were answers popping up that I had questions for after reading The Program. If it were not for that repetitive slow chunk, this would have been rated higher.

All around, read it if you liked The Program. Suck it up for the first half of the book because it gets better.
