This book was absolutely fantastic. I found it very thorough and well written. As a small-fat person it gave me a lot to think about. I love Aubrey's podcast Maintenance Phase and look forward to reading more of her work.

A must-read for people of all body types. Gordon's quick-witted, well-researched debut incinerates the myths we didn't even realize we believed about fatness, thinness, and health overall. Unputdownable, and vital to our lives.

Excellent and a must-read! My favorite take-away is that a thin body is not an accomplishment, and a fat body is not failure.
