Leicht, unterhaltsam und feministisch ... Es liest sich ein bisschen wie die besten Folgen der Merlin Serie.

Quite good. I liked Lynet, and did not see the "Robert the dwarf is Gaheris" thing coming. The whole sorceress thing was really cool. I LOVE Terence (side effects of a main character with cool powers)!

Definitely my favorite in the series, and my high ranking is highly biased by the pure nostalgia I felt while reading this book. (I read it once before as a preteen.) All the previous books in this series have poked fun at misogyny and froppery in the court, but I thought this book did it particularly humorously. Love Morris's dry tone. The quipped dialogue of the three brothers is quite funny. The humor is very British, and I love it.

My favorite of the Squire’s Tales series, this is the first book not to feature Terrence as the main character. I love Lynette and Roger and their story.

My favorite of the series so far. These books are growing on me. They may be written for young readers, but they have interesting themes, they are fun with the Arthurian legend, highlighting side stories. And they're a little like peanut m&ms. The peanut lets you pretend that it's not just sugar as you gulp piece after yummy piece.

This series feels like a potential gift for nieces/nephew.

The first of Morris' badass lady protagonists, Lynet takes no nonsense from anyone, and gets the job done. This is easily one of my favorite of the Squire's Tales.
