قرأتها في اﻷساس كنوع من التحضر والاستعداد لقراءة سلسلة (بون) لنفس الكاتب جيف سميث التي تربو عدد صفحاتها عن اﻷلف وثلاثمائة، و(روز) مقدمة شيقة وجذابة بالتأكيد لعالم بونفيل الشاسع، شيء يشبه ما تمثله (الهوبيت) بالنسبة ل(سيد الخواتم)، حكاية خاطفة وبسيطة تعد قارئها قبل الاقدام على المغامرة الكبرى بما يليق بكافة روائع الفانتازيا.

With beautiful artwork, a good story, and a fleshed out backstory to a great tale, this is one to read. Couldn't give it a full five because it obviously doesn't reach the heights of the original series, but if you like the bone series you owe it to yourself to read this prequel

This prequel to the Bone saga is short and bittersweet, with no big surprises. Not as comic as the main series, but such a sad ending - because you know where it's all heading.
