It took me a couple of goes to get through this one but it was so much fun in the end. I kind of can't believe there aren't more sapphic witchy romances in the adult sphere? I'll definitely be looking out for more, especially if Tori Anne Martin is writing them.

I was really enjoying this in the beginning but by the end I was just waiting for an end of the miscommunication. I feel like the book presents fairly straightforwardly what ends up happening with Morgan's potion but the journey to get to the reveal felt extremely long and with multiple places that a easy conversation could have addressed.

A good witchy romance (perfect seasonal read for October!) and reminded me a lot of an early 2000s rom com—which could be good if that’s your jam but also had a lot of cringey moments that make me hate those movies.

I enjoyed teh characters but I wanted more tangeble conflict other than the build up in Morgan's head (or maybe it needs to be darker in her insecurities?).  Also somethign was off with the writing style and how much Morgan was aware of her body.
