All the trigger warnings. Do I love or hate this. Dark. Tbf I found it by googling unhinged female books and I guess that's what I got.

I listened on audiobook because I loved Big Swiss also by Beagin and this felt similar but not as captivating. This book is about the life of Mona, a cleaner. It was so bizzare. The story centers on Mona’s unusual thoughts and sexual desires, the different people she meets, her stories as a cleaning woman, and her childhood with her father.

I love Jen Beagin's writing style and characters. I think my rating would have been higher if I had not read Big Swiss first which has created a Beagin bias in me.
