Honestly, i wouldnt say it was mind blowing like the reviews made it out to be, it was a good read though! and steady character build of the main character and lots of others. which i enjoyed.

I never was pulled into this story, I floated on the lazy river around it.
I kind of hated this book. I couldn't get into it, I just felt like I was listening to some calm rambling. Even though Olive was involved in exciting things, things like suicide were boring.

Olive is a great character, and the idea of a book centered around her without being only about her works very well. I actually thought there was some inconsistency that was explained by the fact that many of the chapters really were written as separately published stories, even a decade apart.
