The main character is my least favorite character, which is fine, as the other characters more than make up for it. I've heard critics imply misogynistic undertones, as all the female characters are hot, but the male characters are also sexy. The humor can be sophomoric, but I don't find it offensive. Irish mythology is underrepresented in popular culture and this book is a fantastic introduction!

Love the mix of modern and ancient, great lore from all over the world incorporated in, the characters are interesting.
