What an absolutely beautiful story about love, family and belonging. This was just so touching. My kids and I loved it.

An alien falls to earth and instead of taking the form of a park ranger, he becomes a cat who is rescued by a lonely little girl in a tropical storm. Aside from this confusion his only way to understand the world is the episodes of I Love Lucy that he watched before coming to earth. Loved this story, it's written with wit and a wonderful way of imagining how an alien would make sense of our world and explains their world. The relationship between the girl and the cat is healing for both of them in this soothing, delightful tale.
