The title grabbed me, and I liked the same-sex relationship depiction of the farmer fathers caring for baby. Unfortunately the clunky, disjointed rhymes, and awkward illustrations didn't ultimately deliver on the promising premise. (That said, my toddler thought the baby and ee-i-ee-i-o was hilarious, so what do I know?)

This is one of the worst books I’ve read and the illustrations making that baby so ugly and egg shaped were just as terrible. There was one redeeming quality about that book. Loved seeing an interracial gay couple raising a baby. Kudos to that!
