I feel like what I got from this book is to accept time is moving forward and you won’t get everything you want done and you have to be ok with that 🤷♀️

Full disclosure, I did a thorough skim rather than reading everything. I am now going to donate the two (TWO for the lord's sake) time management books sitting on my bedside table and spend some time thinking about the very usable advice offered by this book.

I think there was a lot of interesting anecdotes, research and philosophy that this book explored. It stayed with me long after I listened and I really enjoyed listening to it as an audiobook (the author reads it which is always fun, and it is read quite well).
What I liked less is that at times it felt a bit preachy - the author had some thoughts/worded things in a way (like we must/we should) when taking about something I thought was quite subjective and not an objective “truth”.
However the overall feeling was to value what’s important to you, and take a step back from the constantly improve yourself productivity culture I think a lot of people are in.
