In the beginning it felt like this story could go somewhere but I got a little bored. A lot of buildup to sort of an anticlimactic end.

At first, I was unsure about it, but I ended up glued. The main character is an older lady, which is incredibly refreshing considering how few action packed books have an older woman kicking ass. I was not expecting the story told when I picked up this book. Very interesting read.

Read this is you enjoy the unexpected, and you love those moments where you just have to put the book down and go, "What? No really... WHAT?" The major plot reveal towards the beginning of the book really does that to you. This is one of those dystopian sci-fi novels that keeps the genre fresh and new! 

Engaging and likeable characters that make mistakes and take chances. Who would have thought a grandma teaming up with an ex-marine to overthrow a dystopian government full of
