I liked this book of WWII espionage and I would recommend it! It could have been a little stronger be with less main characters to allow the story to focus more on depth. There were so many to keep track of!

All in all, a great read!

UGH! I wanted to be better, really, I did. I even finished it, just to give it 559 pages to try. Pass on this one, friends. So many better options out there!

If you liked All The Light You Can Not See and Nightingale you will like this WWII Spy Novel with all the feels. Firm 4.5. Entertaining, warm, quick read. On the long side for a “quick read” but it suited me just fine since I didn’t want it to end.

This book takes place in Nazi-occupied France. The united states sends a group of people as agents.
It is written in multiple pov's and I think the author handled that very well.
This book has a special place in my heart. It was the first one I borrowed from my local library. I loved the characters, I loved the relationship they had. The language of the book was very easy to understand. It is beautifully written. Even though the ending was happy it still made my heart break a little.
