Fun and wonderful collection
I love Wild West Fantasy stories. Weird Western isn't a great descriptor because not all of them are weird. The best stories are at the front and back, but most are good, hence the five star rating.

I guess it is unfair to say I gave up reading this as I really didn't try. I read the Harry Dresden story (with no Harry, I might add) on the day it was due at the library. And I couldn't renew it and I didn't have enough interest to pay fines on it, so back it went. Jim Butcher's story was fine but nothing special. The last time I tried to read this genre it was about the same. Not sure why. Anastasia seems like she should be a cool character but meh.

Pretty fun short story, a lot of it is fun because of the people involved, and the effect I know they will have in a couple hundred years. Luccio is a decent narrator, but nothing special

Larry Correia AND Jim Butcher in one book? It's gotta be good. Good enough to read. Only two stories were really bad and I did not finish them. Stackpole loves his adjectives, I don't. Wacks goes steampunk and I never really got into that.

Loved 90% of these stories, the only one I didn't really care for was the second to last story about hummingbird

The short stories were all pretty good. Some better than others. Only a good read if you love the Deadlands tabletop rpg.
