March 2020: 4 stars

Once again, I'm dropping my rating to 4 stars because there are other books in the series that I like more than this one... BUT, it's still such a good book, obviously. Chamber of Secrets has such a good mystery and moves quick enough that you don't really have time to think things out.

There are so many introductions and reveals. We meet Gilderoy Lockhart and he's an absolutely garbage professor. Dobby pops in and out of nowhere and constantly creates obstacles for Harry. And we can't forget about ugly, miserable, moping, Moaning Myrtle (one of my favorites).

“You will find that I will only truly have left this school when none here are loyal to me. You will also find that help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who ask for it.”
