Overall all I thought this was a decent portrayal of the events surrounding the sinking of Titanic. The interconnected stories of Maggie and her great-grandaughter Grace help to bring the emotions of the characters full circle. The writig was very good but at the same time could get repetative in some spots.

I wanted to like this more than I did. It was fine, but wouldn’t consider it a must-read

Beautiful story, and a new take on the history of the titanic. Loved it.

I was hoping for a lot more out of this book. I really like Titanic so when I came across this book I was extremely excited. Sadly, it was disappointing. The first 200 pages or so took forever to get through because they couldn't hold my attention. The last 100 or so we're okay, but again kind of a let down. I was hoping for a lot more out of this book. I really was.

Mesmerizing and beautifully written—couldn’t put it down!

It’s been a long time since a book has moved me to tears, but this incredible story had me bawling. I became so invested in the characters and their stories, so much so that I ended up researching the lives of the real Addergoole 14 as I read.

Based on the Addergoole 14, this story is poignant, haunting, and so moving. It is beautifully written and had me cheering and bawling by the end. This one goes down as one of my top favorite books of 2024 so far! Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed this book. It was well written and the author gave special attention to the characters. I'd have liked it if there had been more adventures on board of the Titanic. I felt like the ship sank a bit too soon in the book. The book was predictable and I knew how it would end, despite that I liked it.

Look, I LOVE the 1997 film. LOVE IT. That being said, this book was so much like it that it felt like a cop out. (Though the blatant references to the movie did make me laugh.) The character arcs were predictable and boring.
