This is a really entertaining book about the world of rare bookselling, which the author sort of fell into by accident. This is one of those memoirs where you can tell things are slightly exaggerated and fictionalized at times to make them more entertaining and/or protect the identities of those involved (and protect his employer from customers annoyed that they were mocked in a book). A good read for book lovers, retail workers (current and former), and anyone who loves weird, old stuff.
Minor: Racism and Sexual content
This book is incredibly mild and my "Minor" CWs are indeed brief mentions, with a certain amount of genteel British disdain for racists and people who make assumptions about a man's interest in weird old erotica.
