This book fills my heart with so much joy. There is such heartwarming friends to lovers romance, but with a huge plot twist that adds such a fun magical element to the plot! It makes it more than just a romance. It’s also coming of age, inspiring girl finding/following her dreams. It is so interesting and addicting and just so sweet and I’m obsessed. I’ve read this twice now, and will definitely read again. I love the girlboss energy and the girl sticking up for her career path in the arts against parents that pressure her to be a doctor. I just absolutely adore this book. And she is definitely a swiftie and I loved the Taylor Swift references. I will definitely check out other books by this author!
