DNF at 28%. This book is so boring and the characters are incredibly unlikable. Usually wouldn't matter to me, i think a lot of times that can make a good thriller, but it's not working for me here.

I’m between giving it a 2 or a 3! I really enjoyed it at first, but then it became repetitive. All about Clara!

There were a lot of things I found to be weird. I agree with other reviews about the welfare of the kids. She left them in the car. I can’t believe Clara did not have any friends. No one visited her after her husband died. She never worried about her husband’s practice after he died.

Why didn’t she ask her daughter about the black car?

Ugh! I could go on.

The wife’s husband dies in a crash and she’s convinced that her daughter who is having terrors is trying to tell her something. It ends up that the husband has all kinds of money trouble and it’s told from dual POV.
