Very Good

I really liked this volume.

This one was especially smart compared to the other volumes.
Reminded me of [b:Death Note, Vol. 1: Boredom|13615|Death Note, Vol. 1 Boredom (Death Note, #1)|Tsugumi Ohba|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1419952134l/13615._SY75_.jpg|1782155] with the smart planning ahead stuff.

Great!

Lately, I reread Chainsaw man after a long time and broke into tears,
then while trying to go through again all the volumes, somehow I still ended up weeping,
after that, I repeated the whole process,
just in ONE sitting.
It haunts me so badly that now every time I see the cover with that dog-like (I mean, he's a REAL dog) radiantly grinning boy, my eyes decide to hire Ariana Grande singing "no tears left to cry" for its strike.

Part 1 of chainsaw man was such a a wild ride, as I never would've expected me to like it this much. The main cast of Denji, Power, and Aki were all great and lovable, but in this final book it's Makima who ends up becoming a personal favorite and scene stealer of mine. To be clear, I'm not really an anime/manga guy, so me saying that is wild haha.

With part 2 being well underway and also great, I can only wonder in anticipation for how this story will end
