I got this book as a Christmas gift because I loved Beth May in Dungeons & Daddies and I was so THRILLED that this poetry book was so good. It hits so damn deep and the way the poems all eventually connect is a work of art. There are soft moments that connect the heavy hitting moments and it's a thrilling reflection of what it means to be a woman with a mental illness. What an intense and compelling read!

This absolutely fucked me up. I listened to the audio book and Jesus Christ Beth broke my heart, but also made me remember that there's good in the bad and bad in the good and that's okay.
