I found issues of self-acceptance and coming out. Difficult no matter the age of the person.

This was a short and sweet read about two fellas in love.
It’s a very gentle romance booklet and, though I don’t normally read Romance, I really liked it.
It was written very well and was a relaxing read for the evening.

I can’t really say much more without giving away the story, but I would have liked to have seen the POV of Joshua. It was his family that was falling apart; Charlie was the guy on the waiting end.

Actually, I needed there to be more story, I wasn't ready for it to end.
My reading itch was only half scratched.

What I can say is that Laurie has a new fan. If she can get me, an avid non-romance reader, to enjoy romance I think I've found an author that's worth reading more of.
