oh this entire volume was brutal. why. WHY must you do this to me.

demon slayer may be packed with writing inconsistencies (that doesn't make it any less enjoyable though), but it does such a fantastic job with delivering those emotionally devastating moments. even though I knew what was coming, I still weeped as if it were the first time because of how well written this volume was.

my poor little heart can only take so much.

Even though I watched the anime, I still bawled my eyes out for Rengoku, that man deserved so much better. Like why did he have to die that fast?
