The book, albeit historical fiction, gives a great insight into the life and times of Cleopatra Selene's life. A very well written, fast paced and fluent writing style.

Love everything Dray writes, so when I saw I had missed a trilogy about Cleopatra's daughter I was excited. This was super engaging and I loved reading from Selene's point of view; however, the magic took me out of it at points. Still looking forward to reading the rest of the series.
