Really enjoyed this one, definitely recommend this one for Clone Wars fans. It also pairs very well with EK Johnston's Queens Hope novel and the Revenge of the Sith novelization.

This was a really solid book! I love the characters, and the fast-paced writing style made sure I never got bored. A really great addition to the Star Wars universe!

This book gave a lot of insight to the start of the Clone Wars, and managed to flesh out Anakin and Obi-Wan's relationship so much despite the constraints of slotting between the large amounts of media already there. It also de-"Planet of Hats"-ed the Neimodians and the Neimodian culture really well. Plus it was so great seeing Ventress again.

I’m a huge fan of Mike Chen, and of prequel era Star Wars, so I’ve been unbelievably hyped about this book since it was announced. This is everything I wanted it to be.
