Nice to see Curran's POV. There are even more scenes on Ilona Andrew's website. Great series. Great author. Great free extras!

Edit: This is not a book, or even a novella. It is simply a collection of scenes from a different character's point of view, and was given to fans of the series, for free, on the author's website. Beware of people who are reviewing it poorly as if it's a fully formed novel, despite the introduction in the ebook by the authors explaining exactly what it is.

Harrumph. Y'all made me get my grumpy on.

Oh, and FYI, you shouldn't read it until after book 4, Magic Bleeds :)

I wish Curran would get his own book. I really want to see everything from his point of view

This was a good companion to the Kate Daniels' series, but it was far too short!

It's awsome and it's free, what more do you want? I really loved to be able to see a part of Curran mind, so thank you very much Ilona Andrews for this gift

Like the title, Curran Vol 1 is contain Curran's POV from Magic Bites, Magic Burns and Magic Strikes (also Magic Bleeds, if I remember well. I'm not read Magic Bleeds yet). Of course the event that feature His Majesty Furrines are his encounter with his enemy-to-be-mated-in-the-future Kate Daniels.

From Magic Bites is when they first meet at Unicorn Lane, which make laughing so hard reading his reaction to Kate's first word (if you had read Magic Bites, you will know it).

From Magic Burns, is when he treated a badly injured Kate and the famous (at last for Bouda clan) chicken soup scene

From Magic Strikes, is when Curran beg Julie to free him. Well, I'll not go into further detail :)

All of them are amusing and show reader how exactly Curran's feeling and thought toward Kate. Arrogan yet funny, irritating yet admirable. Curran sure is an enigma and thanks to Gordon Andrews for write his POV :)

The ebook of Curran, Vol 1, currently can read for free (and also can be paid, if you want to read in your Kindle). Being freebie lovers like me, I'm download it from Smashword. Just go to this link : http://www.ilona-andrews.com/books/ebooks/curran-volume-1

so, this is parts in the series wit curran's POV and its a really quick read leaving you to want more and more. i have to say that iam so very thankful to get inside of curran's head to see what he is thinking and i hope we get more of these in the future. we get them from magic bites, magic burns, magic strikes, and magic bleeds. just reading this made me want so much more of curran. I thought he was so funny and what he was thinking too. i love when authors do this for us, b/c at some scenes i just wonder what they hell is he thinking, b/c i wanna knoe soooooo bad. so thank you ilona andrews for this! it is greatly appreciated. (make sure to read it after magic bleeds)

Loved this. So nice to get into Curran's head and have him voice the frustration and love for Kate.
