Dragon's Oath is definitely a welcomed addition to the House of Night series. I enjoyed hearing the story from a different perspective, and I love that the story was largely a flashback of over 100 years before the current timeline. The book isn't very substantial, but it makes for a quick read.
I listened to the audiobook version of Dragon's Oath and at this point, I've lost track of all the the different narrators for the House of Night series. I feel pretty confident that this narrator has read a book or two before, but I took a break and I can't place her. Her reading was OK.

Okay, even though I haven't given it 5 stars, doesn't mean I didn't like it, I did. I just don't like what happened! I hope that Dragon comes around, because if not then what the crap...all may be lost? Make sure you read the House of Night series before this book otherwise you will be lost!

it was okay. i am grateful for the back story on Dragon's Character, but at the end of this, i kind of hate himm now. I mean to turn your back on good just because you can't let something go, even thought the person you lost who want you, and turn to darkness. I hope Dragon see the light soon.

Great read! Though fairly short, (145 pages, only took a couple of days to finish!) contained a very nice explanation on the beginning ofAnastasia and Dragon's love story :)
