Narrator: The narrator chosen for this audiobook did a wonderful job. I enjoyed listening to her bring the characters and story to life.

In this story we follow Nell, one of three Delaney sisters. One of the sisters needs to marry Aiden to help save the family business. This story focuses on Nell with two more books focusing on the other sisters. I like that the author gave each sister her own book to tell their story and I am eager to get to the other two.

Story: Overall I enjoyed this story. It has its funny moments, the characters were enjoyable and the overall plot was interesting. The first half of the book had a few parts that felt unrealistic (I am being nitpicky) and I couldn't get past it, but the second half of the book is entertaining and picks up. I am glad I stuck with it.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC.

First Bride to Fall is a cute trope filled romance featuring three sisters Nell, Misty and Charlotte who learn from their mum that the family business is going through a tough time and in order to save it. She's struck a deal with an old friend and former business partner for one of the daughters to take place in a five-year marriage of convenience.

However, the three sisters come up with their own plan and make a bet which forces the loser to enter in to the marriage. But Nell is determined it won't be her as she's set her sights on Grant and has 30 days to convince him to fall in love and propose.

Yet, when Grant learns what Nell and her sisters have planned he decides not to say anything but get even in a different way. And so a battle of wills ensues to see who will crack first.

And with plenty of fun moments and a sprinkling of emotion this was an engaging and enjoyable read. I just didn't feel the chemistry or particularly like some of the characters which is why I've not rated it higher.

But it was certainly a well-written story and if you like your romance light-hearted and sex-free you should certainly check this story out.

This contemporary romance is set in a small-town in Maine. It is adorable and sweet story. Nell has had a long-time crush on the local outdoorsman named Grant. In order to save her parents home and business, she agrees to a pact with her sister to find love in 30 days. This pact happens to be the push she needs to make her feelings known to the man of her dreams.

Their insta-love story comes by forced proximity after being stranded on hike in torrential rains. Nell and Grant take shelter in his remote cabin after roads are washed out. All is going well until Grant finds out about the pact. Can they overcome the misunderstanding to let true love win?

First Bride to Fall is the first in a new series, and a quick read. I look forward to future book in Majestic Maine series.

First Bride to Fall is a super sweet romance. It is perfect when you need a reminder that love, and family are what is most important in the world.
Nell will do anything for her family, even giving up her one chance at love to save the family business. Nell and her sisters make a bet to help save the family business, if one of them is not engaged within 30 days, that girl will need to marry Aidan. Nell decides this is the perfect time for her to finally go after the man she has been in love with for years. Once Grant finds out about the bet, he decides to get even with Nell. This is the part I liked best, once they both know the other knows what is going on and neither is going to back down.
While the sisters did seem a bit juvenile at times, I had a tough time believing they were in their mid/late twenty’s. Overall, I did enjoy this one and I think this would make a great Netflix movie.
Thank you to Net Galley and Entangled Publishing for my eArc. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I was so pumped up after reading the blurb of this book and the plot did not disappoint! It was kind of cliche, cheesy but cute nonetheless. A group of three sisters have placed a bet to get engaged or married within a 30 day time limit and whoever remains single will marry their father's rival's son to save their buisness and get their rightful share. Nell the oldest of them knows exactly who she wants and it's Grant Williams- they guy she has always admired from afar. Everything is going according to plan but what happens when Grant finds out about the bet and thinks that Nell is just trying to trap him? Who will be the first one to call whatever's going on between them off? Overall, the plot was really interesting and enjoyable but the insta love between Grant & Nell made it difficult to feel their connection in the first few chapters. Everything else was super fun and I can't wait to read the next books in the series and find out who is going to be entangled in the marriage of convenience now? Charlotte or Misty?

Thank you Netgalley & Entangled publishing for providing me the ARC copy of this book

This book was adorably hilarious. When our main character finds herself in a bet with her sisters over who will marry first, she decides she’s finally going to go after the man of her dreams - and it just gets more and more hilarious from there.

This book was just a perfect romantic comedy. There’s some miscommunication which annoys me but it turns into something completely hilarious and made it worth it.

Thanks to NetGalley for the audiobook!
