This story was sweet and fun and exactly what I needed on this cold, December day. Totally Hallmark movie worthy!

I completely loved this story!! It was adorable and made me feel excited and happy. Roxanne was a grinch at first, but still a likeable character. Mark was lovable and perfect....if only he were real!! There was Christmas cheer, sweet kids, a snowball fight, and even a wise old grandmother. It was a great Christmas story.
