very very cool approach to habitual behavior that fuses meditation with somatic experience and visualization. i love the way that wimberger explains the science that informs this practice, it felt transparent, comforting, and digestible. the structure for neurosculpting is laid out systematically and the course teaches it really well. one of the few kinds of meditation/manifestation that i’ve tried that feels like it could have a huge impact—i think that the clarity of the three step process and how it works somatically supports it’s effectiveness.

a few tidbits that will stick with me: the phrase “breath breaths itself” from the meditations, asking yourself if it’s substance or behavior that ties reward to the habit that you’d like to change, and the explanation on white refined sugars and carbs and how that affects your stress/brain

I feel like I could definitely use these techniques if I just practiced them. I like that it talks about neuroplasticity, and the scripts that the brain has created. It provides a nice background for your own meditation and you feel like you can do it at your own pace which is nice. I can't focus on anything ever, so maybe I'll write a better review once I've done some practicing!
