Really sick read. Feeling very inspired. Parts were just him describing moves/pitches in very specific terms which I could’ve skipped but understand why they were there. Overall feeling like I want to go run into the woods and climb something.

It was a bit too technical for my liking. Overall a good read though.

I loved this book. All of this talk of adventuring has me inspired to dream up some adventures of my own. Alex Honnald's deep commitment and love of his passions has inspired me to take a long look at my own passions, relationships, friendships, and to pursue the things I love. I also learned a lot about climbing.

As a climber, I really enjoyed getting a glimpse into the mind of one of the greatest athletes in the sport.
I thought David Roberts’ and Alex Honnold’s writing blended well together, and it was fascinating to read about the other major accomplishments Honnold achieved before his celebrated free solo at El Cap.
Many people were put off by Honnold’s personality they saw in the film, but reading this book really shows more of his analytical mind, and a deeper look into how he solves problems, from big walls to relationships.
I found it an inspiring and well-written read.
