A deeply thought provoking and inspiring book, The Courage to be Happy follows on from it's predecessor to go more in depth about the concepts of Adlerian (individual) psychology.
Going into it as a sceptic, the book has certainly opened my eyes to new ideas and ways of thinking that I am keen to explore further with additional reading. I would highly recommend both of these books to everyone, as long as you go in with an open mind.

A beautiful, deep book. I can't say that it had the same huge impact as The Courage to be Disliked, although there were definitely more things brought to light, they went more in depth on some of the subjects discussed in the first book and amazing conversations about love.
