I heard the books were much worse than the series and wanted to see if that was true, so I gave it a go. And what should I say? I actually even liked this book a bit more than the TV series. It was very funny and witty, which I did not expect. The storyline was foreseeable, but not boring. I agree that what Daphne did to Simon was not okay, however, bad decisions made by characters are not a sign of a bad book. I am looking forward to the next part!
