Reads like an academic paper rather than a book. Sentences are long and winded. Although it promises actionable fixes to the situation, it doesn’t at all explain how, or even if, a minority can achieve it. This makes it a pretty depressing read - including some info on successful programmes that have used these methods would have made it better.
