Not really what I was expecting, but a nice book to have on hand for horror research. More of a matter-of-fact collection of various haunting accounts than storytelling. Not at all creepy.

I received this book free to review from Netgalley. It is not as interesting as I thought it would be. It contains old folk tales and stories about haunted dolls, skulls, etc... It seems to be edited well, but falls a bit short of "thrilling".
