Wow.

This book was a wonderful capstone to this series. Without spoiling anything, I will say that the ending was unexpected -- in a very rewarding way. Also, while reading this book, I repeatedly chose to step back and reflect on the content. Sanderson does a truly brilliant job of combining a well-developed world with riveting characters, and this book makes it clear that every tidbit revealed along the way serves a purpose in this story.

I can't wait to see what other Mistborn novels Sanderson writes.

I'll keep it brief: this is the first book series to make me cry like a small child in probably close to ten years. It's been so long, that I can't tell you the last series to make me feel that way. Please. Read this series.
