This book taught me the differences between what's Propaganda and what is persuasion. There are 3 different levels of Propaganda, and it drives me crazy hearing people use propaganda and persuasion as interchangeable terms. This book was a long, sometimes difficult read, but one of the most informative of all the persuasion books I've had to read and report about.
