The other books dealt a lot with learning and loving the diverse cultures on the other worlds.
This one was all about the heroine's own struggles, how we saw her change and adapt, and what still blocks her from coming fully into her power.
Also, cliche ending is cliche as hell, but I enjoyed it.

I really liked the artwork and how colorful the series was. This last volume had a few confusing parts and the ending was not as satisfying for me. But the series overall was pretty good. Don’t think I’d ever reread it but I’m glad I finished it.
