This is a reread for me, and I'm moving the rating down from a 4 to a 3. (I have no idea why I gave it a 4 star rating before. No thoughts, brain empty.)

I am very curious about this one, and I definitely have more volumes so I can give it a try, but I don't really feel like we know the characters or anything about them.

I hope that this story is going to delve into the deep topics that this volume mentioned in passing (suicide of a loved one).

I’ve watched the anime, so it’s lovely to hang out with these guys again :) All the facial expressions and interactions are drawn perfectly, and Haruki is definitely my favorite.

So far, this is a pretty cool manga. There is, however, pretty uncomfortable sense of homophobia, where a bunch of people are spreading rumors about one of the characters being gay. The music part is pretty okay right now, there is nothing too special about it, except that it is a band of people who have differing musical tastes, but they still all play together. And there is weird stuff about one of the characters being a "player", but like with women. It is what it is, I will continue with it.
