I love this series! Thrilling from page one until the end! I am not normally one for court room drama but I love Cavanagh's writing style and these books are so engaging. I want to hate Eddie for all the bad stuff he's done in the past but the way he shows love for his family and how he wants to truly help innocent people is so well portrayed that you can't help but love his character.

Eddie Flynn is a really enjoyable character. This former con man turned lawyer always has some tricks up his sleeves. So many twists and turns, you don't know who's behind what and what will happen next. I enjoy him taking down all the shady as prosecutors and the alphabet agency characters. Looking forward to the next one.

wow. steve cavanagh is just incredible. watching these books unfold, and seeing it all come together at the end is just phenomenal. the plotting and writing is just truly amazing. i LOVE legal thrillers now, and it’s all because of this series. i really wish they continued to be published in the US though because the audiobooks are incredible, but books 3,5,&6 aren’t available in the US.
