I feel like this book could have gone a different direction with such an intriguing premise — I found it quite boring to have the same thing repeat over and over again. But maybe that was the point? That through the
monotony of marriage you have to come to choose to sit in the decisions you’ve made and make the best out of it, even if that means leaving the marriage via legal avenues instead of taking the shortcut (attic).
When I picked up the book I thought it was gonna be more fun than it actually turned out and maybe that’s the point of the story. But I was looking forward to reading about the
perfect husband who met all her post-its. And how he would manifest.
I didn’t like how we didn’t get to know the main character much and there wasn’t much depth to any of the cast. We barely know about Toby and Maryam despite them being such consistent characters in all the iterations of attic swaps.

this took me foreverrrr to read, the writing was good but for such a promising premise the actual plot went nowhere

Extremely fun, thought provoking, and unputdownable read with a pitch perfect performance by Miranda Raison. I expect I'll be recommending this for years to come!

I liked that this was a great new premise but why was there never any insight? Why wasn’t the post Bodhi had made about what was happening never brought up again? Why did she not grow as a character?
