This is the final book in the Deadtown series. While parts of the story dragged, it came to a very satisfying conclusion. Rounded up for that and for the author’s strength and persistence in finishing this during such a difficult time. I hope she is doing well and is working on a new series!

This one didn't hold me throughout. There were a couple of places where the timeline kind of skipped around unbelievably and I found myself expect to find out that it was all a dream sequence because of the jumps without explanation, but no. Also, the MC was very petulant through most of the story which I thought was pretty out of character.
It wrapped up well enough, and I'm glad to have the end of the story, but it wasn't a tight story.
