Their tension is so good but homeboy is working through some STUFF so it’s a bit slow tbh.

Slow Burn

Gosh how I loved this series! Each book was so different and this world Karla Sorensen created felt so real. Isabelle and Aiden danced around each other forever but each had issues and let’s face it Isabelle is stubborn lol. Sometimes life throws us a curve ball which leads us to where we were meant to be and for Isabelle and Auden this couldn’t be more true. Another 5 star read.

My favorite in the series. I loved their awkward, sweet, sexy story.

Last award

Where to begin? This book was everything and more. Although the last of the Ward sisters books. So many good parts it’s hard to rave without spoiling.

this was a three a.m. binge read that left me sleepily coasting on the clouds of aiden and isabel daydreams.

Loved it.

This story actually might be my favorite of the four Ward sisters! And I’m sad that I’m done with them…

Nothing forbidden about this book. Just a widower raising his 7 year old daughter by himself while trying not to fall in love with Isabel, the manager of a gym he just purchased because he didn’t feel ready to fall in love again. Slow burn all the way but not in a good way. (So underwhelming!! Ugh!!) If you want a good slow burn with athletes, Id recommend ‘Kulti’ and ‘The wall of Winnipeg and me’ by Mariana Zapata. All in all, it was still a sweet story and really well written, just not my type of romance.

This was a really good slow burn sports
Romance . Widower Aiden moves back to hometown and buys the gym Isabel manages. He was her teen crush mma fighter. He has a 7 yo daughter. His dead wife gave them a list of what her future Momma
Would be. Isabel is the exact opposite of the list
But so Much more….so good!

Sweet and intense, this book has the perfect balance of mushy romance and heat that makes the pages fly by.
