I saw a lot of myself in Parker, especially the never been kissed aspect. I’ve spent my life having the same anxieties & insecurities as her on that issue, 34 years old, & I’ve still only been kissed once & have never been in a relationship. I love reading books where I see myself in the character. Throw in it’s a hockey romance & I’m hooked! Can I have a Logan? He is just a perfect man! & those grand gestures! Oh boy! I’m in love!! 🥰
