I don't really care about cameos from other series. The plot of this world is not really grabbing me although the scenes at the cafe are cute.

This is one of my absolute favourite worlds that Syaoran and company find themselves in. Syaoran and Kurogane become kiji (demon) hunters, while Fye and Sakura start a cafe.
The humour in this volume is fantastic. Fye's choice of names infuriates Kurogane to no end, and it's just hilarious watching them converse. Syaoran and Sakura are also so cute the way they get confused about things or try to stay out of little tiffs between Kurogane and Fye.
The plot is also getting more interesting. Why are the kiji acting so odd and attacking civilians? How have they become stronger? And who/what is the new kiji in town that looks like a person? This is where things really kick off.

The thing I love about Tsubasa is the diverse worlds that our favourite gang traverses. Each world is only explored in about 2 volumes which is quick, but there is a decent amount of world building. Each world feels very different from each other and the lore, magic and history found in each are all super interesting. I'm excited for Syaoran to learn great swordsmanship skills through training with Karogane! Why is Syaoran's previous fighting teacher in this world? I'm so curious!

I find the episodic nature of this story quite boring ... I'm just trying to get through to get to the part where things pick up
